ITS Focus Group at Sherwood

In an effort to outline specific strategies to ensure the successful implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) group, CRM is forming a focus group comprised of our stakeholders. ITS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is seeking the input on developing this most valuable service.
